Company Information:

Phoenix Contracting LLC was founded in 2007 and has been operating in the United Arab Emirates with successfully completing projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company has a strong foundation in the construction industry with the owners having sound experience and handing over reputable projects valued at over AED50Million. The company has been fully set up and is financially strong to undertake projects in the United Arab Emirates. 

 

Position: 

Civil/Project Engineer. The position may be upgraded based on the satisfaction of the management.

 

Criteria for the position:

• The candidate applying for the above position will be required to show a minimum of 15 to 20 years in the building/construction industry. Of which a minimum of 4 years should be in a similar position and a minimum of 4 years experience in the United Arab Emirates executing, managing and completing projects in excess of AED15M.
• The candidate will be required to posses a valid UAE drivers license
• The candidate will be required to be a minimum Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and my be knowledge of the Dubai Municipality, Building regulations and also be registered with the Society of Engineers, Dubai, U.A.E.
• The candidate should be able to converse in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu. The mode of instructions will be in English and the candidate will be required to be fluent in English in listening, speaking and writing. Candidates able to converse in Arabic will be a bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be required to perform all duties instructed by the Management.
• The candidate’s prime responsibility will be to ensure the successful operational growth of the company while managing existing resources and assets.
• The candidate will be required to perform necessary administrative duties as required for a construction company operating in the United Arab Emirates.
• The candidate will be required to canvas and secure profitable projects for the company
• It will be responsibility of the candidate to conduct and perform all necessary quantity surveying & analysis, tendering and project management
• The candidate will be responsible for all necessary project resourcing, planning, execution, completion and handover. The candidate will also be responsible to ensure that the company is follows all the statutory requirements of all the authorities.
• The candidate will also be required to provide necessary reports to the management and maintain all relevant records.
• The candidate will be required to operate and ensure profitability of the company.
